Droid connecting to exchange error

Keep getting a message that “Setup could not finish: Unable to open connection to server.  We want the Droid connect to Exchange 2003, only one server.  We received this Droid technical support request the other day.  Very common issue.  We were able to resolve it in 20 minutes!!   We can fix server related issues with all models of the Droid: HTC Touch / Incredible & Motorola Droid.

Google can be a useful tool. We have received calls where people: change passwords to IIS Anonymous Accounts Rename the domain, Reinstall IIS, etc., which in the end are all bad and will just frustrate and waste more time. So, some of this searching is good, but at some point you have to ask yourself, is this really good use of my time???TechnoKOZ is all about saving you time and money. Yes, we are the Experts. And Yes, we ask for a simple fee AFTER we fix the Droid sync issue.

Received an other call from a Droid user in Texas who sat on the phone with Verizon for over two hours trying to get his droid to sync with his exchange server.  Each day we receive praise in how we saved many Droid users from their Exchange 2003/2007 setup frustrations.
